In case you’ve missed it, Dinner Crew gets together every Tuesday evening at our place and we have foods, drinks, and hang out. We are following themes each week so we learn new stuff and collaborate on dinners. I invite everyone to do the same thing at least once a month if you can – its a great way to stay connected and eat new fun foods. Last week for Valentines Day we had Eggs Benedict with homefries and fruit salad. Mmmmmm! This week we are doing pizza – hopefully on the grill if the weather permits!
I’m making a double batch of Peter Reinhart’s Napoletana Pizza Dough. Its an overnight fermenting dough so it has a lot of flavor.
For toppings the sky is the limit!
